Deportivo La Guaira won the first edition of the Venezuelan Super Cup after beating Deportivo Táchira on penalties in Pueblo Nuevo.
In the 120 minutes the result was 1-1, while in the round the orange team did not fail and won 1-4.
On penalties, the coastal team was correct in their collections and Eduardo Lima stopped the shooting of Daniel Saggiomo and Castillo.
La Guaira, reigning champion of the Venezuela Cup, won the Venezuelan Super Cup where they faced the two champions of 2024, in addition to the first two in the table of the current 2025 Apertura Tournament.
