Deputy Arreaza: The Commune is the path and destiny of Venezuela's working class

The deputy to the National Assembly (AN), Jorge Arreaza, stated that the commune constitutes “the path and destiny of the working class of Venezuela”.

Through his X account, Arreaza argued that the commune represents an alternative that guarantees sovereignty, democratic exercise and direct participation.

“The commune is the civilizing alternative that ensures our sovereignty, real democracy and total liberation,” he said.

He indicated that this model of social organization synthesizes historical processes and responds to the needs of the country. He added that its development strengthens communities' decision-making capacity and consolidates a political project based on participation.
