Deputy Jorge Arreaza reported the release of 31 soldiers with alternative measures

The president of the parliamentary committee for the application of the Amnesty Law in Venezuela, the deputy Jorge Arreaza, reported this Saturday that 31 soldiers were released from prison with “alternative measures” with the objective of contributing to peace and to the national encounter.

“We are pleased to announce that, with the noble objective of contributing to peace and national reunion, yesterday, February 27, the Military Justice System of the FANB, agreed to grant alternative measures to 31 prosecuted military personnel, who are already at large,” Arreaza said in a message in X.
