The National Assembly is working to readjust the Venezuelan legal framework to the new political moment in the country, said Deputy Juan Romero.
In an interview with Venezolana de Televisión, the parliamentarian explained that the State needs to respond to the needs of all Venezuelans without ideological distinction.
He explained that all this dynamic has given rise to the Reform of the Organic Law on Hydrocarbons, the Organic Law on Mines, the Organic Law for the Acceleration and Optimization of Administrative Procedures and Procedures of the Public Administration, the Law for the Promotion and Promotion of Coffee.
He clarified that the Reform of the Organic Law on Hydrocarbons does not contradict the Constitution, reaffirming the historical doctrine that subsoil resources belong exclusively to the State, discarding any matrix of opinion on an alleged privatization of national wealth.
In the technical and productive sphere, he said that the goal is to achieve a production of three million barrels of oil per day by 2032, a strategic route outlined by the Executive.
In this regard, he added that to consolidate this objective and promote both wage adjustment and the optimization of public services, a global investment of 110 billion dollars is required.
He noted that this investment will be used to recover some 15,000 existing wells (11,000 of them in Lake Maracaibo) and the drilling of 4,500 new wells.
Romero, according to a press release from the AN, announced that this week the territorial deployment will begin for public consultations for the Restructuring and Reengineering of the National Government, in which all political forces will participate.
