The application of the Organic Law for the Speed and Optimization of Administrative Procedures and Procedures connects with the State's digitalization plan, whose central objective is to eliminate bureaucratic obstacles and simplify the relationship between public administration and administration to ensure efficient management, said the deputy of the National Assembly (AN), Miguel Salazar.

In the Al Aire program, broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), the also member of the Permanent Committee on Foreign Policy, Sovereignty and National Integration of the AN, explained that the law emerges as a need to materialize the agility that the country requires for its economic and social development.

In this regard, he stressed that this measure is linked to the recent announcements of the President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, on institutional modernization, since the simplification of administrative processes represents a citizen's right pending for decades.

In addition, Salazar took the opportunity to refer to economic reality and stressed that the optimization of procedures must be accompanied by a tripartite social dialogue.

On this point, he said that it is vital that the State, employers and workers seek mathematical and humanist formulas to solve the problem of wages, because the current economy, hit by sanctions and resource management, requires a national consensus with technical seriousness.

It also ratified the willingness of the democratic alternative to build joint solutions within the AN through constant political dialogue.

The deputy pointed out that the unanimous approval of several laws in the National Parliament shows that there is a will to move forward, so he urged the Executive to rescue elements of the wage emergency law that his party previously enacted, in order to achieve stability that favors the entire Venezuelan people.
