The Organic Bill for the Acceleration and Optimization of Administrative Procedures and Procedures of the Public Administration seeks to unlock the bureaucratic system, the first vice-president of the Permanent Committee on Internal Policy of the National Assembly (AN), Deputy María Gabriela Vega, reported this Tuesday, March 03.
In a review on the AN website, he said that this bill, an initiative of the National Executive, is organic in nature and strengthens the legal framework so that procedures can be expedited.
He emphasized that there is no provision for the repeal of the Law on the Simplification of Administrative Procedures, nor of the Law on Infogovere, but rather the provisions contrary to it.
At the end of the Public Consultation of the bill, which was held in the Federal Legislative Palace, the deputy Vega declared, with the participation of workers and representatives of mayors, ministries and public institutions.
“This law is intended to give the instruction to accelerate these procedures effectively, with the presumption of good faith, so that there is no bureaucracy, so that there is transparency, so that the procedure is carried out in the due time it has to be carried out,” he said.
For his part, the first vice-president of the Parliament, deputy Pedro Infante, reported on the continuity of the Public Consultation of the aforementioned Organic Bill in the 24 states of the country and the Capital District, to be held this Wednesday.
In this regard, he stressed that this Wednesday, March 4, in the state of Miranda, the Public Consultation will be held, from the Mayor's Office of the Guaicaipura municipality.
Infante stressed that this legal instrument is intended to simplify, produce according to peace and make State policy more efficient in administrative processes.
He gave as an example the number of procedures that are carried out by the National Institute of Land Transport (INTT).
“There are 300 that are counted in the INTT alone. A mere mortal does not have enough life to do all these procedures,” he said. For this reason, he considers it necessary to transform this reality of the country.
The Organic Bill for the Acceleration and Optimization of Public Administration Procedures and Administrative Procedures, approved in the first discussion on January 22, consists of 13 articles and is an initiative of the National Executive that aims to eliminate bureaucracy, digitize processes, optimize and accelerate State procedures.
