So far in 2025, a total of 4,192 compatriots have returned to the country through the Plan Back to the Fatherland, said the Minister of Interior, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón.

During the podcast Sin Truco Ni Maña, which he hosts with the deputy Tania Díaz, Cabello assured that the number of Venezuelans repatriated is no higher because of the disorder maintained by the North American authorities, who, in official documents, provide a list of potential travelers and when the flight arrives to Venezuela the numbers are different.

“This week, 3 flights arrived. The problem with flights coming from the United States is that government's lack of seriousness. They don't know what they're doing, they don't know who they're sending, they give you a list with a number and names, but when they get here it's something else,” said Cabello.

In the same way, he reiterated the complaint about the refusal of the United States to repatriate children. “They are still determined to divide the Venezuelan family,” he emphasized.
