The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of
Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, urged the country's
revolutionary forces to be like Commander Hugo Chávez to deserve every victory.
“Let's be like Chavez. That is the way. And we will know
that we deserve the victory,” said Cabello during his speech at the
grand march in Caracas to celebrate the 14th anniversary of Commander
Chávez's triumph, on October 7, 2012, and his historic closing of the campaign in seven
avenues of the capital.
He recalled that that day, the Supreme Leader of the
Bolivarian Revolution, despite his health problems, decided to walk the streets with
the people, who filled him with love and still remain loyal to his legacy.
