Diosdado Cabello: On July 28 there will be elections and will be won by Nicolás, the People and Social Peace

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, dismissed the longline statements surrounding the “suspension” of the presidential elections scheduled for July 28.

After denouncing that these campaigns are financed by opposition extremism to divert attention from their imminent defeat, during his Con El Mazo Dando program on its 480th broadcast, the psuvista leader emphasized that on July 28 there will be elections and they will be won by the candidate of the revolutionary forces and president of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

“Those who finance longliners to promote a suspension of elections in Venezuela are losing their money because here there will be presidential elections on July 28, as instructed by the Electoral Power and will be won by Nicolás, the People and Social Peace,” he said.

He warned that this campaign is accompanied by plans of violence that attempt to promote opposition extremism under the premise of an alleged “fraud” and the declaration of non-recognition of the results derived from the electoral process of July 28.

“They have plans to generate violence and that is why they invite people to go and take Miraflores on July 29 regardless of the results,” he denounced while warning that, in the face of any coup and terrorist action by the right, the response of the revolutionary forces will be overwhelming.

“We are not going to allow violence! We make 22 calls to the 22 parishes in Caracas and we block everything,” he said and did not hesitate to warn that “on July 28 we are going to wait for them in Miraflores.”

They will sing fraud!

Regarding the extremist sector of the right, he argued that, as in every electoral process in which imperialist candidates end up defeated, they will appeal to the strategy of ignoring the results under the accusation of having caused a “fraud”.

“The opposition has already put its move on the table. Is this the first time they've done it? No. We have had 30 elections and in all the ones they lost they say that we did 'fraud' to them, and in this one they are going to say the same thing. They are already saying that it is not a real choice and that the results are going to be rigged. That is the opinion of Elliott Abrams and for the patarucos it becomes an order,” he said.

He recalled that on previous occasions where they have launched this script, the spokesperson for extremism has stated that it will present evidence about their complaint, a fact that has never happened.

“All the members of the right started this week to talk about 'fraud' and that will be the cantaleta between now and July 28, when they will say that there was' fraud 'and that the next day they present the evidence, just as they have done in every election and never present it. Has anyone ever submitted a test? None!” , he noted.

He then highlighted the strength and neatness of the Venezuelan electoral system, highlighting its technological shield to ensure that each person represents a vote, eradicating the old adeco-Copeyan practice of “act kills vote”.

“This is the end of the guachafita of voting records when the National Electoral Council imposed the fingerprint capture machine to guarantee one person, one vote, that's why they ask for manual voting. What a scoundrel, to cheat,” he said.

La Sayo and drug paramilitarism

The also head of the Permanent Committee on Internal Policy of the National Assembly, drew attention to the ties that the disqualified María Corina Machado still maintains with drug trafficking and paramilitarism in the region as part of her strategy to fill the country with violence and criminality in the face of the imminent defeat of the imperialist candidate.

“The complaint, without evidence, about areas controlled by violent groups launched by María Corina Machado to the international community, where she usurps the position of presidential candidate, reveals her links with drug trafficking and paramilitary groups brought to the country,” she warned.

“This one (María Machado) doesn't kick without a thimble, they have their eternal ties with drug trafficking and paramilitary groups here, in Colombia and in America,” he insisted.

The United States must learn from Venezuela

The head of the parliamentary faction of the revolutionary forces grouped in the Great Patriotic Pole, Simon Bolivar, rejected the statements of the former President of the United States, Donald Trump, who called Venezuelan migrants criminals.

Recounting the criminal actions committed by the rulers of the North American nation in the world, Cabello concluded that the only real criminals found in the United States are the elite that exercises power from the White House.

“The Gringo rulers are not only criminals, but they are also genocidal; they have led Pueblos to disaster and in their territory they harbor criminals such as Julio Borges, who is a murderer of children, and Leopoldo López, who is a murderer of at least 43 people in Venezuela,” he stressed while highlighting the virtues of Venezuelans.

The average Venezuelan is supportive, good people, partner, friend. Ask the gringos who come to Venezuela who are surprised at what our country is like compared to the country they sell there. In Venezuela there is peace, security, joy, no one dies here without a neighbor reaching out to help them, but in the United States, if they don't have health insurance, they don't care for you. US and Venezuelan society have a lot to learn,” he emphasized.

1x10 Ethical, Verifiable and Enduring

Regarding the preparations for the mobilization of the vote to guarantee the perfect victory of the country's candidate, Nicolás Maduro, as a member of the national coordination of the Our Venezuela Campaign Command, confirmed the importance of promoting the 1x10 electoral tool, which he highlighted comes with new features to make it more effective.

“We are making a brand-new 1x10 package, which takes four weeks and has surprised us. We met with President Nicolás Maduro on Sunday and he launched the 1x10x7, adding to the existing ones a new vertex composed of Missions, Great Missions and Mission Base and another vertex that is composed of Native Peoples,” he said.

In this regard, he drew attention to the importance of ensuring that this mechanism is applied with revolutionary ethics and with a view to making it a lasting support tool.

“The making of 1x10 has a very high ethical character. I can't place a person without them knowing it. Before doing my 1x10 I must call them, tell them and have them accept. The 1x10 must be verifiable, auditable and must be a living source of camaraderie, companionship, solidarity,” he said.
