Diosdado Cabello to Marco Rubio: You have failed in your attempts to end Chavism

Diosdado Cabello assured that the Secretary of State of the United States (USA), Marco Rubio, is destined to fail in his repeated attempts to overthrow the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.
“Marco Rubio has the same amount of time as Ramos Allup trying to end Chavism. Everyone has failed in their attempts,” said Cabello.
