The
general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello
Rondón, criticized on Monday the actions taken by the United States (USA)
against Venezuelan migrants, who have been kidnapped and transferred to El Salvador, under false accusations of crime.
“They have declared
Venezuelans a war target. That is the war that the United States wants
to bring to the world. The 70 million poor people inside them are not enough for them,
they want everyone to be poor because of wars,” Cabello lashed
during the usual weekly press conference with the red awning.
He pointed out that “
someday they will have to govern for those 70 million poor people they have in the United
States,” and confirmed that the Bolivarian Government will make “a great
national effort to protect our migrants, so that all our children return.”
Cabello indicated
that in the United States there are families that left complete. “I know of a case where a
lady went to a hospital and was taken away. The wife, husband and two
children left and the lady went to the hospital and went to the room and took her away. While
that is happening, after the workers, the United States protects the
real criminals.”
In this regard,
he reiterated the call for national unity. “We need national unity and the
investigation is already underway. The investigation is rolling on. Wherever they go, in
truth, they deserve all the punishment, they are bad human beings, but they are very bad, they are
terrible, they are perverse, they do not love this country and much less do they want
Venezuelans,” he said of the leaders of extremism who promote campaigns of xenophobia and criminalization of migrants.
