Dmitri Medvedev, Vice President of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, through his Telegram channel, spoke about Mongolia's refusal to comply with the arrest warrant against President Vladimir Putin issued by the European Union (EU) despite being a signatory to the Rome Statute.

Medvedev, on his Telegram account, published that “the subservient European Union (EU) has expressed its' concern 'to Mongolia over the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin. As if to say, if you signed a legally invalid ICC statute, comply with it.”

“The Mongols sent the International Criminal Court (ICC) and the Eurodegenerates in the Russian-Mongolian direction known since the 13th century,” he added.

He added that if he were a “judge or prosecutor of this' court '”, his “greatest fear would be that one of the madmen would try to execute his illegal order”. “In that case, their lives would be worth no more than this piece of shit paper.”
