An earthquake of magnitude 4.4 occurred on the night of this Thursday, June 4, in the Portuguese state, as reported by the Venezuelan Foundation for Seismological Research (FUNVISIS).
According to the official report, the seismic event occurred at 7:41 at night and had a depth of 7.3 kilometers, considered superficial, which favors it being felt by the population close to the epicenter.
FUNVISIS specified that the epicenter was located at the coordinates of 9,565 degrees north latitude and 70,110 degrees west longitude, about 27 kilometers northwest of Biscucuy, in the Portuguese state.
