This Monday, at least eight Palestinians who were gathered waiting for humanitarian aid near the city of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip, were killed by Israeli forces.
According to detailed information from the WAFA news agency, the victims were part of a group of civilians waiting for food near a delivery point coordinated by the United States (USA), when they were attacked by gunfire by Israeli forces.
In a statement released by the HAMAS movement, last Sunday, Palestinian resistance organizations reported that a total of 126 civilians were killed by the occupiers while coming to pick up food in these distribution centers, turned into death traps.
The Commissioner General of the United Nations Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Middle East (UNRWA), Philippe Lazzarini, asserted last week that the aid distribution mechanism created by Israel and the United States is a “death trap”.
