22 years after the coup against President Hugo Chávez by a group of ultra-right fascists together with the Venezuelan right financed from the United States, one of the most obvious conclusions is the intention to restore the neoliberal economic model deposed by the People in the presidential elections of 1999.
This is evident in the bibliographic and video material of the time, as well as in subsequent journalistic research papers that chronologically present the events of April 11, 12 and 13, 2002.
The documentary “Every 11 has its 13” presents elements that reveal the way in which the Venezuelan opposition, together with the bosses and unions, as well as most of the private media, planned and executed a macabre plan that filled the streets of Caracas with blood and succeeded in kidnapping President Hugo Chávez Frías, who two days later the Venezuelan people rescued and expelled the fascists from the presidential palace of Miraflores and traitors, thus demonstrating the political maturity of that giant with a thousand faces of hope, love and courage that is the courageous Venezuelan people.
