Executive Vice President: Women reaffirm our commitment to the defense of sovereignty

The Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, referring to the grand march commemorating International Women's Day, said: “we pay tribute in a mobilization in which we reaffirm our commitment to the defense of sovereignty, independence and respect for our people.”
Through a message published on his telegram channel, he assured that Venezuelan women will continue to follow the path traced by our heroines.
“Let us continue together, hand in hand with President Nicolas Maduro Moros, actively participating in the construction of a more humane society and defending our Homeland with dignity,” he added.
The message was accompanied by audiovisual material containing part of the speech of the Head of State in which he emphasized that “feminism and Venezuelan Women's Day must be to consolidate the path of independence”.
