He explained that, Falcón presents 1,960 projects, mainly linked to productive economic and public service areas, corresponding to T1 and T2 of the Seven Transformations plan. These projects are being submitted for consultation in the 296 communal circuits distributed in the 25 municipalities of the entity.

The governor recalled that the year 2025 was marked by broad popular participation and by concrete solutions implemented in the territories together with President Nicolás Maduro and organized communities. He assured that in 2026 this path of collective construction will deepen.

During the day, held on International Women's Day, Clark was accompanied by his wife Jessica Perozo, spokespersons and community spokespersons. She highlighted women's leadership in community initiatives, in spokespersons and in the organizational tasks that sustain life in the territories.

Venezuela is moving forward with its participatory and leading democracy, building a collective and sovereign destiny where women are at the forefront of each of our communities' initiatives. Long live women, long live the people of Venezuela and long live leading participation,” he said.
