Falcón will present three plays at the Venezuelan Theater Festival 2025

From August 28 to 31, the festival of the Venezuelan Theater Festival 2025 will be held in the state of Falcón with the staging of three plays, a day of theatrical cartography, a presentation of oral storytellers and community training.
This was reported by the president of the Falcón State Institute of Culture, Inti Clark, who specified that the program will open with a day of reflection and theatrical cartography, in which five working groups will be activated.
At the same time, he indicated that this activity will take place starting at nine in the morning, while for Friday there will be a presentation by the group of scenic oral narrators at three in the afternoon, both of which will take place at the institute's facilities.
He indicated that the same Friday, but at five in the afternoon, the curtain of the festival opens the curtain for the festival the piece entitled Tipas by the Latin American theater laboratory César Rengifo at the Armonía de Coro theater (Miranda municipality). While on Saturday, the play Ecos by the group Athenas hits the stage and on Sunday there will be the piece Oficios de la Noche by the group Excalibur.
“The entity has a very interesting theatrical movement that adds to the boom that this artistic expression resumes, which is why the play María Antonia was chosen to represent us at the festival that will take place in the city of Caracas in the month of November,” he said.
In turn, he reported that the festival will have an impact on communities by holding training workshops in areas such as body techniques, theatrical production, management of theatrical projects, community theater, production tools and the presentation of the play The Teeth Are Too Many.
Among the sectors that will participate are Andrés Eloy Blanco, Las Velitas, Cruz Verde and the Güinea de Coro. “We are very happy, because of everything that is moving in the theatrical field, because there is an impulse that shows talent,” he said.
For this reason, Clark extended an invitation to all residents to participate in the day that offers “good theater at no cost”.
