After arriving this Wednesday on a new flight from the Plan Vuelta a la Patria, the Bolivarian Government handed the two-year-old Maikelys Espinoza into her mother's arms, after being rescued from kidnapping by the United States (USA).
The family reunion took place at the Miraflores Palace, where the little girl's mother waited for her with President Nicolás Maduro, who fought tirelessly to achieve this victory.
“Here's everyone's dear girl, Mailekys. I want to thank the love and solidarity of all the mothers, grandmothers, families and the people of Venezuela, for this family that is reunited today,” said the Head of State.
First Lady Cilia Flores and the Sectorial Vice President of Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, were responsible for transferring Maikelys from Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía.
