The Venezuelan Federation of Middle Education Students (FEVEEM) promotes plans to combat and face viral challenges, which affect the physical and mental health of the student population of high school students in the country.
According to information issued by the Ministry of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace (MPPRIJP), Adrián García, spokesperson for FEVEEM, made “a call to conscience. An awareness that must be generalized to all young people, not only to the young people who are facing viral challenges, but also to us as young people, so that we can take measures to reduce and prevent these viral challenges.”
He also added that “based on the appropriate use of social networks, let's carry out a communication campaign to combat viral challenges”, and highlighted the need to raise awareness both in every home of every young high school student and among students, to prevent viral challenges.
“For her part, the member of the Youth Directorate of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (JPSUV), Valentina Ríos, urged parents and representatives to monitor the type of content that their daughters and sons observe on mobile phones, as well as the time spent by the little ones in the house using cell phones, in order to avoid viral challenges,” reported the MPPRIJP.
