FILVEN will arrive with literary news to Cojedes, Apure and Miranda

The 21st International Book Fair of
Venezuela (FILVEN) will continue its journey in the states of Cojedes, Apure and
Miranda under the motto Reading humanizes.
In Cojedes, the book festival will kick off with literary activities for two continuous days, at the Mauricio Pérez Lazo Cultural Complex, located in
San Carlos. While
Friday 6th it will open its doors simultaneously in Apure and Miranda, with
programs that will run until Saturday 7th.
FILVEN pays
national tribute to Judith Valencia, Esteban Emilio Mosonyi, Marc de Civrieux, Gonzalo Fragui and Juan Calzadilla.
In Cojedes, Miranda and Apure, homage will be paid to the
authors Juan Díaz, Karina Estraño, Olide Márquez and Hugo Arana Páez, respectively.
The public can access
literary news and enjoy book presentations, talks, conferences,
workshops and various cultural expressions. Among the editorial offerings will be
the titles of The Dog and the Frog, Monte Ávila Editores Latinoamericana and
Biblioteca Ayacucho, publishing houses attached to the Ministry of Popular Power for Culture (MPPC).
