FILVEN will present literary news in Anzoátegui and Carabobo

The 20th International Book Fair of Venezuela (FILVEN) will be inaugurated in the states of Anzoátegui and Carabobo, where literary novelties are scheduled to be presented, as well as talks, conferences, workshops and various artistic and cultural expressions for the enjoyment of the whole family, from May 8 to 10.
In Anzoátegui, the meeting with the word will take place in the city of Barcelona, Ayacucho street on 5 de Julio Boulevard, while, in Valencia, Carabobo state, a congregation of letters will be held at the Museum of Culture.
At the FILVEN in Anzoátegui, they will pay tribute to the writer and cultural promoter, Benito Yrady, and to the poet and playwright, Nelly Villegas. Also in Carabobo, the writers honored will be José Carlos De Nóbrega (1964-2023) and Margot Ramírez Travieso (1908-1979).
These regional editions of the country's greatest literary festival are organized by the Ministry of Popular Power for Culture, through the National Book Center and state offices of culture, in coordination with regional authorities.
