First edition of the Venezuelan Film Festival Memory and Heritage ended successfully (+Awards)

Last Saturday, November
30, the First Venezuelan Film Festival,
Memory and Heritage of the National Cinematheque Foundation, successfully closed, which
awarded awards in five categories to highlight the relevance of Venezuelan cinema.
The president of
the National Film Foundation, Vladimir Sosa, highlighted the working of the organizing team, as well as the
possibility of meeting and reunion offered by film festivals with
their atmosphere of joy, celebration and celebration.
“The balance of
this festival is super positive. Accompanied by the workers of the National Cinemateca, we worked hard for this event and we have emerged victorious.
This festival is a debt that the Cinemateca
Nacional is paying off with the filmmakers. We took responsibility and emerged victorious
from this task. All the workers of the National Cinemateca should
congratulate each other,” he said.
During the
closing ceremony, prizes were awarded in five categories, each with two
special mentions and one winner, for a total of 10 special mentions and 5
winners who won the prestigious “Cinemateca Nacional Award: La Araya de Oro”.
