First Lady Cilia Flores: Women support this Revolution and their future is victory

The President of the Republic Nicolás Maduro led the inauguration of the headquarters of the Nora Castañeda International Leadership School in the state of Aragua.

The national president was accompanied by First Lady Cilia Flores who celebrated that this headquarters is located in the Aragueña entity and that its inauguration took place in 2025.

“We are in Venezuela in Revolution and the sign of this is the participation of women and there is the guarantee of victory,” emphasized Cilia Flores de Maduro, who highlighted the fundamental role of Venezuelan women in the process of social transformation of the country.

“We couldn't finish this victorious year without this school, without this leading participation. Women have been present in the Revolution since the arrival of our Eternal Commander Hugo Chávez, the first feminist president, and today, with the help of President Nicolás Maduro, we continue to make that participation effective,” she said.

The First Combatant emphasized that female leadership is the backbone of the Bolivarian project. “We are in Revolution and an indisputable sign is the strength of women. It is we who sustain this process, and that is why this Revolution has only one destiny: victory. Because there we women will be at the forefront, guaranteeing the future,” she said.

The opening of this training space seeks to deepen the empowerment and political formation of women leaders who live in the different communities of the national territory.
