The
Public Ministry charged two individuals with the crimes of Improper Access,
Electronic Fraud and Association, according to information published by the institution
on its social networks.
According to the publication of the entity guaranteeing the criminal action, the defendants
were identified by Willian Falcón, Bryan Falcón and Pedro Molina, who
“after contracting a residential Internet service belonging to the
company Datanet Vzla 2021 C.A, with the use of specialized equipment,
fraudulently altered the supply of the service, using a fake company called Mega Norte, and distributed internet to more than 600 users”.
The
detainees were deprived of their liberty.
