Foreign Minister Yván Gil celebrated the 80th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Venezuela and Russia

The Venezuelan Foreign Minister, Yván Gil, celebrated this Friday the anniversary of diplomatic relations with the Russian Federation.

Through his Telegram channel, the head of peace diplomacy wrote: “On March 14, 1945, Venezuela and Russia (then the Soviet Union) established diplomatic relations at a crucial moment in world history, marking the beginning of a bond that was consolidated over the following decades.”

He also highlighted the bonds of friendship and joint struggle for a multipolar world that these nations share.
