France: Deadly knife attack recorded on a school

This Tuesday, in France, a high school student executed a deadly knife attack against a teacher during a routine bag check, Haute-Marne police said.

The teacher was rushed to the hospital, but later died of her injuries. An agent who participated in the arrest of the 14-year-old attacker was also injured in the incident, according to the local newspaper Journal de Haute-Marne (JHM).

Russia Today (RT), highlighted that the attack comes amid widespread concern about the increase in knife crimes in the country.

French police intensified random searches of bags at schools to combat the growing number of incidents.
