Freddy Ñáñez handed over responsibility for the ecosocialism portfolio to Nelsón Rodríguez

Through his Telegram channel, Freddy Ñáñez reported that he completed his tenure at the head of the Ministry of Popular Power for Ecosocialism, after formally handing over responsibility for the portfolio to Nelson Rodríguez, who will assume the leadership of this strategic area for the country.

“Today I hand over the responsibility of the Ministry for Ecosocialism. I thank the President in Charge, Delcy Rodríguez, for the trust and for allowing me to be part of this collective effort from such a vital area,” said Ñáñez.

He took the opportunity to highlight how enriching it was to be in charge of this portfolio. “It's been a beautiful experience serving a common cause,” he said.

He also expressed his support for Nelson Rodríguez in assuming this new responsibility. “My best wishes in this new phase. I know his ability to work and I know that he will achieve great goals,” he said.

Last Monday, June 15, the President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, appointed Nelson Rodríguez as the new Minister of Popular Power for Ecosocialism and president of the National Park Institute (INPARQUES).
