FUNDAPARQUES and the El Niño Simón Aragua Foundation hold a training and recreational day for children in shelters

The Aragua Parks Foundation (FUNDAPARQUES), held a special day of recreation in conjunction with the El Niño Simón Regional Foundation aimed at the young people of the Teresa Carreño Children's House in Maracay.

The activity, carried out within the framework of the 26th anniversary of the Rights of Children and Adolescents, took place at the facilities of the Maracay Water Park.

‎El event, according to a press release, involved the active participation of a group of children from the Teresa Carreño Ecological Brigade, who together with the authorities gave messages about the importance of caring for the planet and the preservation of the environment as a fundamental part of their training, they also enjoyed a day of fun at the Maracay Water Park.

‎Alfonso Guerreo, president of FUNDAPARQUES, stressed that these actions not only seek to offer a day of leisure, but also to reinforce values.
