Next Saturday, March 14, at 11:00 in the morning, the closing ceremony of the first edition of the Elsa Morales National Art Salon 2025 will take place, as reported by the Ministry for Culture.

He also indicated that the event, with free admission, will take place at the National Art Gallery (GAN), located on the cultural axis between Mexico and Bolívar avenues in Caracas.

This initiative, organized by the National Museums Foundation and the Great Mission Viva Venezuela Mi Patria Querida, will end its cycle with a program that includes artistic activities, musical performances and a fairground designed for the enjoyment of the Venezuelan family.

The show was designed to honor the legacy of the plastic artist and poet Elsa Morales, reaffirming the vitality of the national creative scene.

It is important to remember that the Elsa Morales National Art Salon opened its doors on November 28, 2025 in the spaces of the GAN, as well as in the areas of the Alejandro Otero Museum, located in the La Rinconada residential area; the Carlos Cruz Diez Museum of Printing and Design, on Avenida Bolívar, and the Museum of Contemporary Art of Caracas Armando Reverón, located in the Parque Central Urban Complex.

Since then, the Salon has exhibited drawings, paintings, sculptures, videos, installations, assemblages, photographs, collages, and other artistic expressions by 450 artists who were selected in a competition that included a jury of at least 50 specialists in the visual arts.
