Gaza: Israel killed 71 Palestinians and 153 others were injured in the last 24 hours

This Monday, the Gaza Health Ministry reported that the total number of victims of the Israeli offensive reached 52,314 deaths and 117,792 injured since October 7, 2023. In the last 24 hours alone, 71 people died and 153 were injured in various attacks.

Last Sunday, 70 Palestinians were killed in different areas of the Strip. Among the most serious incidents was an attack on a house owned by the Abu Mahadi family in the west of the Jabalia camp, which left ten dead.

In other attacks, seven Palestinians died in Al-Sudaniya, three in the north-west of Gaza City, two in the Jabalia refugee camp and another two in an attack on a tent housing displaced people in the Alfalfa camp.

According to information detailed by Telesur, UN Undersecretary General for Legal Affairs, Elinor Hammarskjöld, told the International Court of Justice (ICJ) that the humanitarian blockade is having “devastating consequences” in Gaza.

“Since March 2, no humanitarian aid or commercial products have been allowed to enter Gaza, causing a catastrophic humanitarian impact,” he said.
