GDC deploys drain cleaning operation in Cotiza

In order to prevent contingencies due to the rainy season, the Government of the Capital District (GDC) carried out a day of cleaning and maintenance of the rainwater collection system in the Cotiza sector, San José parish.

According to information issued by the GDC, the work consisted of the comprehensive cleaning of the area's fences and sewerage bodies, resulting in the removal of a significant amount of sediment and solid waste.

It was also known that the intervention of gangs has a positive impact on the quality of life of 2,340 families that live in the sector and that this action is also being deployed in the 22 parishes of Caracas .
