GDC rehabilitated the Casita Orocomay Comprehensive Education Center in Caricuao

The Capital
District Government (GDC), led by Nahúm Fernández, delivered the
rehabilitation of the Casita Orocomay Comprehensive Education Center (CEI), in Caricuao.
According to
information published by GDC, “the intervention made it possible to recover
an infrastructure that serves as an electoral center and learning home for
children in the area, solving problems that directly affected the quality
of life of the residents of Block 7”.
A themed playground
was also installed at the site, for the benefit of 100 registered children and
more than 80 families in the sector, and the start of a second
technical phase II was announced, to optimize the drainage system, which will consist of the connection of
a new 8” pipe that will channel wastewater directly to the Guaire River.
The rehabilitation of
this CEIN is in addition to the recovery of José Félix Ribas Boulevard,
the Ruiz Pineda dome and the recovery of 42 buildings distributed over 19 blocks in the sector.
