During the Coffee in the Morning program, the deputy to the National Assembly (AN), Juan Carlos Alemán, stressed that the National Popular Consultation is another step in the worsening of the People in participatory democracy.
“The important thing here is that throughout the national territory you have the opportunity to go to the electoral center closest to your home and there you exercise the right to democracy through voting,” he said in the communication space broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión (VTV).
He explained that in order to participate, you only need a laminated identity card and you are over 15 years of age and invited Venezuelans to attend this week's meetings to learn about the projects that are proposed for this Consultation, which will take place this April 21.
It should be noted that more than 27,000 projects have been submitted, of which 4,500 will be approved, which will be financed by the National Executive and then executed by the communities.
