Gladiators team swept Pirates out of Puerto La Cruz

Gladiadores de Anzoátegui began defending their title in the Professional Basketball Super League (SPB) with a sweep over Piratas de La Guaira.

Anzoátegui beat the Litoralenses 80-76 this Saturday at the Luis Ramos Gymnasium in Puerto La Cruz.

The Eastern team sealed the victory in the series of two matches on Anzoatigua soil. Gladiators of Anzoátegui will return to action this Tuesday when they visit Panthers of Miranda, while Piratas will host Guaiquerís de Margarita.
