Government of Guyana Esequiba held a comprehensive care day

The governor of Guiana Esequiba, Neil Villamizar, led a massive day of social care aimed at older adults in the region, which was carried out in conjunction with the Ministry for the Elderly and the National Institute of Social Services (INAS), the Ministry of Youth and security forces.
During the day, the regional president reaffirmed the commitment of the Bolivarian Government to the protection of citizens in this strategic territory, stressing that the main objective is to provide immediate well-being through free medical services, the delivery of medicines and the provision of technical aids such as canes and walkers, according to a note from the Government of Guiana Esequiba.
“Here we are in our Guiana Esequiba, providing loving care. If they have any particular requirements, we have the 1x10 of Good Governance to take note and immediately include them in the system,” he said from the Roofed Court of the Tumremo Administrative Capital.
The older adults who benefited deeply appreciated the activity, stressing that the presence of the Governor and national institutions reinforces their sense of belonging and security. The participants positively evaluated the organization and the humane treatment received throughout the day, pointing out that these operations are vital to their quality of life.
The activity not only focused on health, but also on self-esteem and leisure. Grandparents and grandmothers enjoyed styling, barbering and manicure services, leaving refreshed and cheerful to the rhythm of the music.
