The Miranda Bilivarian Government, with regard to the Plan for the modernization and beautification of the Mayor's Office of Cristóbal Rojas , delivered the first phase of rehabilitation of the Don Simón Rodríguez Charallave passenger terminal.

The works make it possible to optimize the infrastructure and improve the quality of service for users and carriers.

The first phase of this rehabilitation included the total repair of the public bathrooms and the modernization of the integral waiting room.

In addition, in the area of services and environmental management, the construction of a new waste room was carried out for the proper management of waste. The design of a security gate was also carried out, as well as the adaptation of an automated vehicle access system.

Structural improvements included upgrading the electrical system of the entire terminal, ensuring efficient and safe lighting.

In the same way, the installation of the free internet service (WiFi), available free of charge to both users and staff of transport blocks, was consolidated.

The mayor of Cristóbal Rojas, Yuhismar Hernández, urged citizens to preserve spaces. “This first phase of improvements to the terminal is a sign of the commitment that the Bolivarian Government has with our people,” he said.

Hernández assured that government teams are making progress in the other two phases of rehabilitation required for the terminal to be formally reopened.
