Government of Miranda improves drinking water service in Urdaneta

A total of 40 meters of six-inch pipe were replaced on the main avenue of the José Manuel Rangel community (Mume), Urdaneta municipality, as part of the actions carried out by the three levels of Government in response to the requests made by the community in the Miranda Popular Consultation 2023.

In addition, a four-inch valve was repaired and a mechanical joint of the same dimensions was placed.

These works will make it possible to optimize the drinking water supply service directly to homes in the tuyero sector.

The works were carried out by the Water Directorate, an entity attached to the Secretariat of Public Service and Law to the City of the Mayor's Office of Urdaneta, together with HIDROCAPITAL, the Government of Miranda, accompanied by the spokespersons of the Mume Zamorano commune, and the People's Power.

In the Miranda Popular Consultation 2023, the organized community prioritized the problems of its sectors, approved the projects and executed them with resources granted by the Government of Miranda.
