The Bolivarian Government of Miranda delivered 90 new high-cylinder motorcycles to the Sucre municipality, bringing to 866 the total number of units deployed throughout the state to strengthen the Peace Quadrants.

From the spaces of the scientific monument La Esfera de Soto, on the Gran Cacique Guaicaipura highway, the governor of Miranda, Elio Serrano, stressed that strengthening security has been key to the pacification of the entity.

“The decrease in homicide in Miranda is the result of a sustained State policy, which has allowed the entity to become a safer state.”

“For his part, the deputy to the National Assembly, Pedro Infante, highlighted the importance of the provision for security forces; at the same time, he recalled that the Sucre municipality is the first in the country to comply with the adaptation of the Peace Quadrants to communal circuits, which guarantees direct coordination between security officials and the People's Power,” the Government reported.

For his part, the mayor of Sucre, Diógenes Lara, specified that the municipal government is advancing programs in the area of security and good coexistence through justices of the peace in the more than 750 communities that make up the 90 communes of the Sucre municipality.
