Government of Zulia delivered uniforms and school supplies to 24 schools

This Tuesday, April 14, the Government of the state of Zulia, delivered to more than 24 initial education centers belonging to the Zuliano Children's Foundation, implements for personal use for more than 2,500 children from the Zulia entity.

The activity was led by the governor of the entity, Luis Caldera, in the company of his wife and president of the aforementioned Foundation, Roselyn López.

The students of the entities received uniforms, backpacks, shoes and school supplies and the kitchens of the schools were equipped with Freezers that were lacking in order to strengthen the School Feeding Program (PAE).

Through her Instagram account, the first lady of the state of Zulia said that “we ensure that each institution has the necessary tools to provide decent and complete care. We govern to serve!”

For his part, Governor Luis Caldera stated that 415 schools dependent on the Regional Executive already receive the school food program and more than 388 schools have received repairs through the Military Community Brigades for Education and Health (BRICOMILES) throughout the state.
