Government of Zulia rehabilitates roads north of Lake Maracaibo

Workers from the Government of Zulia completed the rehabilitation and refraction of roads in the north of the Lake Maracaibo region for the benefit of more than 81,000 inhabitants of the area.

This is the Tamare-La Y highway, on which 34 kilometers of the road that connects the Luis de Vicente, Las Parcelas and La Sierrita parishes in the Mara municipality and part of the Elías Sánchez Rubio parish in the La Guajira municipality in the state of Zulia, were inaugurated, according to an information report from the entity's government.

44,000 metric tons of asphalt were used on the road and the survey, sewerage and drains were built. Additionally, the road that corresponds to a branch of Troncal 6 del Caribe was marked and demarcated.
