Governor of La Guaira inaugurated model motorcycle taxi stand in Playa Grande

This Wednesday, the governor of the state of La Guaira, José Alejandro Terán, accompanied by the director of transportation of the Government, Jorge Montaño and the motorized force of Playa Grande inaugurated the first modern stop for motorcycle taxis.

According to information issued by the Government, this work had an investment of Bs 1 million 21 thousand 440 equivalent to $26 thousand 880, and was carried out to provide social protection for the motorized guild.

Through a press release, it became known that with the modernization of this structure, around 85 men and women from the Urbanismo Summa I and Rápido cooperatives in Playa Grande are benefiting.

“The motorized vehicles of this country are the steel cavalry of this new independence process that we are experiencing in Venezuela. They are decent workers who take to the streets every day to provide a public transport service in the two-wheeled mode, ” said Teran.
