With the firm intention of ensuring that Venezuelan youth have the necessary tools to face the challenges of the future and become agents of change in their communities, 19 students from the Juan Germán Roscio Educational Complex received specialized training in programming and electronics through the Small Engineers Agenda.
The training meeting was accompanied by pedagogical and technical support from the Foundation for the Development of Science and Technology (Fundacite) of the state of Guárico, the Bolivarian Foundation for Informatics and Telematics (Fundabit) and the teaching staff of the campus. During the activity, participants delved into the use of educational robotics cards and kits, as well as block programming using the Autana software.
This program, according to a press release, establishes a comprehensive ecosystem that articulates educational hardware, Autana free software, the Canaima GNU/Linux distribution adapted for Scientific Seedbeds and the virtual environments of the Sigma Training Platform of the National Center for Information Technology (CNTI).
This institutional synergy not only promotes technical learning from an early age, but also represents a strategic step towards the consolidation of technological sovereignty throughout the national territory.
