Head of State calls on the evangelical church to join the Great Mission: Equality and Social Justice

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, during a meeting with more than 17,000 Christian Pastors and Pastors, whom he thanked this evangelical religious movement for its contribution that has allowed us to build bridges for unity and peace in the country.

From the boardwalk of the Historic Quarter of Puerto Cabello, in the state of Carabobo, the Head of State announced the incorporation of the Venezuelan evangelical movement into the Hugo Chávez Great Equality and Social Justice Mission, in a Great Mission for life, to recover the welfare state, to build the future.

“I want pastors, pastors, churches and the people of Christ to appropriate the Great Mission Equality and Social Justice. Make it your own to go for the humble to give shelter to those who don't have it, to give food to those who need it, to embrace youth and get them off drugs, to bring the redemption of Christ to the humble people that you love and that you serve”, stressed the head of state.

They accompanied the National President, Cilia Flores de Maduro, first combatant and deputy to the National Assembly (AN), the governor of the entity Rafael Lacava, Nicolás Maduro Guerra, deputy of the AN and vice-president of Religious Affairs of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Nahum Fernández, head of government of the Capital District, authorities and special guests.
