The head of state, Nicolás Maduro, commemorated Zero Discrimination Day this Friday, through his account on the social network X.

“One of the main flags of the Bolivarian Revolution is the search for equality, today we join the global commemoration of the Day of Zero Discrimination, ratifying our commitment to protecting the right of people to live fully and with dignity,” wrote the head of state.

Zero Discrimination Day was born as a campaign launched by the Joint United Nations Program on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) in 2013, however, it later extends to a general scope to recognize and respect the rights of each person.
