Head of State: Hydrocarbons sector grew 14.99% in the first half of 2025

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, reported that the hydrocarbons sector grew 14.99% during the first half of the year 2025.
“The mathematicians are accurate and guarantee the percentage of the increase in the country. The sector has recovered with its own lungs,” he said.
He specified that journalists ask about Chevron whenever they can. “Stop the stupidity! With or without the Chevron company, Venezuela will continue to grow a lot and will continue to grow productively,” he said.
