Head of State orders the creation of a fuel supply committee for the peasant sector

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, announced the creation of Local Fuel and Fertilizer Committees for the peasant, popular, community and conuquero productive sectors

In that regard, he instructed the Minister of Petroleum, Pedro Tellechea, to put an end to fuel intermediaries, “you immediately cut off the hands of the fuel brokers for those who work the land,” he said.

Meanwhile, he explained to the peasant sector “you are building a distribution circuit in Trujillo, in Mérida, in Falcón, in Portuguesa”.

He also indicated that this action is part of the great changes and transformations that have to come from the hand of those who work, from the grassroots people of popular power and community power.”
