This Thursday, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, highlighted that the Plan Back to the Fatherland has repatriated more than 5,000 Venezuelan migrants rescued from jails in the United States.

From the Miraflores Palace, where he received a delegation of pastors and members of the Christian church, the National President asked the People of Venezuela for “maximum unity, mobilization and faith, because sooner rather than later our migrant brothers kidnapped in El Salvador will return.”

The head of state took the opportunity to commemorate Family Day, as well as to express his commitment to being the protector of the Venezuelan family.
