Head of State sends proposal to leaders of OPEC+ countries to ensure oil market stability

“I am sending a letter to all the presidents of OPEC+ the importance of this mechanism for the stability of the oil market, the guarantee of a balanced and fair price, but I highlight the importance of fine-tuning official coordination mechanisms,” said the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

During his Con Maduro+ program, the National President specified that in the letter he points out the need to draw strategies that strengthen pricing policy, investment replacement and profits for countries and companies that produce this hydrocarbon.

“In that letter, I ask you to visualize the second half of this year, and the two years to come, based on having a strategy that has a stable replenishment of investments and profits and fairer prices than we have right now,” he revealed.
