Head of State signs the Organic Law of People's Power

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, signed the Organic Law of Popular Power this Thursday to advance the construction of a new State with less bureaucracy.

“With pleasure, commitment and love for all community members and community members, I sign the implementation of the fully updated Organic Law of Popular Power, be implemented,” said the head of state during the beginning of the Winter Cycle Sowing Plan 2024 - 2025 in the El Maizal Commune of the Simón Planas municipality, in Lara state.

He pointed out that this legal instrument guarantees a Government at the service of the people, “a state that sweeps away bureaucratism, bureaucracy, corruption, paperwork, procedures and that, now in this digital era, simplifies everything to facilitate the life and development of communes at the national level.”
